Beef- Our cattle are raised on our pastures together with shade and shelter for their comfort and convenience. Beef can be purchased whole, halved, quartered, and individual cuts. Specialty cuts are available upon request.


Pork- Our pork is raised in large dirt floor pens that are bedded with local fresh hay. The pigs are comfortable as they have created areas in their pens designated for eating, sleeping, and rooting. Pork can be purchased whole for BBQ, whole cut and wrapped, halved cut and wrapped, quartered cut and wrapped and individual cuts. Specialty cuts available upon request.



Veal- Not crate raised, our veal are housed in a large 48 ft by 45 ft pen. They drink milk from cows on our farm and are supplemented with powered whole milk. They are happy, healthy, and comfortable. Veal can be purchased whole, halved, quartered, and individual cuts. Specialty cuts are available upon request.

Lamb- Our sheep and lambs are raised on our pasture together with shade and shelter for their comfort and convenience. Lamb can be purchased whole, halved, quartered, and individual cuts. Specialty cuts are available upon request.

Goat- We have a variety of goats raised on our pasture that browse with our cattle. Goat can be purchased whole, halved, quartered, and individual cuts. Specialty cuts are available upon request.


Poultry- We raise our poultry in small groups that have inside and outside accessability. Our chickens are never cage confined and are fed excess produce and grains that are locally purchased. Eggs and whole chickens are available year round and turkeys are available for purchase seasonably.

Produce- In the summer months we will have a variety of vegetables from our gardens for purchase.


Raw Pet Milk- May 2011 we will be selling pet milk at the local farmers markets. We will milk our dairy cows twices daily in our parlor at the farm. All of our dairy cows graze on greeen pasture and come inside the barn to cool down in the hot summer or stay warm during the winter.
